JOB BOARD The Landscape Architecture Program is dedicated to helping its Alumni and Landscape Design Community find the right person for the job and is pleased to host an electronic bulletin board for current position announcements. We will post two types of announcements: Position Announcements are announcements of openings in landscape architecture firms, public agencies, non-profits, etc. These are positions of interest to skilled or novice landscape architects looking for full-time or part-time work or internships (scholarships, awards, grants and fellowships are here). Requests for Landscape Assistance are announcements posted by a local homeowner, community group or business looking for help with a particular landscape design project. Information about posting Position Announcements and Requests for Landscape Assistance: If you are interested in posting a position announcement or a request for landscape assistance on our website, please send a complete advertisement via email (PDFs preferred) to lda@ucdavis.edu or mail to UC Davis, Landscape Architecture Program, 142 Walker Hall, Davis, California 95695. Please entitle your email as either: Position Announcement or Landscape Assistance. A position announcement should include a job title, location, close date, job description, requirements of education and/or experience, responsibilities, and contact information. A request for landscape assistance should include a clear summary of the project, complete property description, location, landscape needs, desired plants and/or design elements, special needs, requirements of education and/or experience, and contact information. Please note, the landscape architecture program is not an employment agency and holds no responsibility for the accuracy of information contained in each advertisement. Furthermore, it is the sole responsibility of the interviewer or interviewee to conduct a complete background check prior offering or accepting a position and to negotiate all terms of employment.
